Personal Training

3 Star

Your three star personal trainer comes to you with a degree in exercise science related field or has a minimum of one year experience. They also hold a minimum of one nationally accredited certification, and have completed a written and practical exam from the level one TEST Sports Mentorship Program. All trainers are insured and have a clear understanding of the culture and level of science desired by the TEST Sports Clubs Organization.

4 Star 

Your four star personal trainer comes to you with a degree in an exercise science related field and/or has a minimum of three years experience in the fitness/sports performance industry. They must hold a minimum of two current nationally accredited certifications and/or attend two continuing education seminars per year. They have also completed a written and practical exam from the level two test sports mentorship program. 5 Star
