Group Classes

TEST offers a wide variety of Group Exercise classes to meet your fitness needs and goals.

  1. Group Exercise- Whether you are looking for a cardio, conditioning, bar, yoga, or Zumba, it's on the class schedule! Instructors are very experienced and bring their knowledge to each class while motivating every client, and of course, having fun!
  2. Metabolic Team Training (MTT) - MTT is designed for that all over body workout while using the new MyZone Heart Rate Monitoring System.
  3. Rock 'N Ryde Indoor Cycling (RNR) - Get on a RealRyder bike and burn those calories. Bikes maneuver side to side, working every muscle!
