We have rolled out something new and exciting for everyone, with Group Personal Training. Whether we are indoors or outdoors, our goal is to make every session safe, effective and most of all, fun! This provides a cost effective way to reach your fitness goals with more personal coaching and a whole lot of energy! With our NEW Group Personal Training everyone can afford to invest in their health! There is also a nutritional component available in conjunction with all of our Group PT Classes including: a monthly lecture, frequent healthy tips throughout the month, and a discounted nutritional analysis with our nutritionist!
