Basic

  • For the person motivated to work out on their own
  • One fitness orientation is all it will take to get this person started on the right track

Premium

Silver

  • Workout 1/1 with a Personal Trainer (average of once/week)
  • Train 4 times per month and get your “homework” for the rest of the week!
  • Perfect for the self motivated and those looking for a new fresh workout each week.

Gold

  • Workout 1/1 with a Personal Trainer (average of twice/week)
  • Train 8 times per month for a more intense calorie burning schedule
  • Excellent option for the person needing a bit more structure and a scheduled routine.

Platinum

  • Our most popular option. Workout 1/1 with a Personal Trainer (average of three times/week)
  • Train 12 times per month with a strict schedule and goals that must be attained in a limited amount of time.
  • Perfect for those who have started programs in the past and fell short of attaining their goals.
  • Also perfect for those who feel they never have the time to work out and have put everyone else’s priorities above their own.

Transformation

  • 911 Emergency! Workout 1/1 with a Personal Trainer (average of 4 times/week)
  • Train 16 times per month with a hard deadline to achieve your goals
  • Perfect for those attending a wedding or reunion to turn the flab into FAB!
  • Bridal Party group packages available.

Class Packages

  • Can be purchased for specialty and semi-private training.
  • Cost varies by number of classes purchased.
