BURN CLASSES

Burn classes are 45 minutes of full body, high intensity, cardio-based circuit training featuring MyZone Heart Rate Monitors that customize your personal experience. These workouts are approximately 80% conditioning and 20% strength. This sets the tone for the perfect complement to any strength training program to help maximize calorie burn and strengthen your heart, the most important muscle in your body. 


These classes are run by our full-time certified personal training team. Therefore, exercises can be modified on the fly to keep you moving even if you have a physical limitation. The team atmosphere and encouragement internally motivate each participant with tangible calorie and MyZone Effort Points to measure your output for every workout. All data is easily tracked through your personalized app to help manage your daily and weekly calorie targets.
