Coach Joe Rozell studied Exercise Science at Kean University from 2015-2020 and is NASM certified. He operated his own Sports Training company in Ocean County and worked with NFL, NCAA, MLS, UFC, MLB, NHL, and youth talent for 4 years. He was an All-Conference & US ARMY GRIDIRON Classic Linebacker out of Donovan Catholic in 2015. He coached linebackers & running backs at Toms River South high school for 2 years and also ran the strength and conditioning program during his time there. He has produced multiple Athletes into the NCAA & also into the Pros. In 2019, He produced 10 1st & 2nd Team all-conference Football Players, 13 NCAA Athletes, a District & State championship finalist wrestler, and one youth #1 ranked wrestler at age 14. He has worked with over 350+ athletes of all ages since 2016.
