Lenny holds a degree in Exercise Science from Lander University and has been a strength and conditioning coach for over 30 years. Coach Carida is sole owner of Scientific Strength Coaches LLC and has a partnership with Team TEST. As part of his partnership with the Team TEST Research and Development team, he had the opportunity to be part of their 3 year mentorship program with Athletes’ Performance in Tempe, Arizona. He is the Head Strength Coach for the Centenary College Wrestling Team and also the strength and conditioning coach at Hackettstown High School. He also trains youth athlete's from many Northwest Jersey towns out of Hackettstown, NJ. Coach Carida has incorporated Heart Rate Variability training with his athlete's and general population clientele with great success over the past 3 years. His resume also includes a stint as an Adjunct Professor of Exercise Studies at Union County College in New Jersey.
